I first bought myself a Vital Radiance Brow Fill In Powder kit about 8 years ago (… that long? Whoa) . Back in those days of bargain hunting and having important beers to spend my student loan on rather than expensive makeup, the Vital Radiance products were a brilliant bargain find. Vital Radiance is an American brand, it’s a Revlon diffusion line for mature skin. It has cheaper price points, more specifically targeted products, nothing wild or bright, just gentle natural colours and soft feeling formulas.
