So as some of you might have picked up from the mention of shopping trips in Oxford this past week, the Cornwall to Oxfordshire move was accomplished successfully 9 days ago. It was a huge big deal, a new job for beloved boyfriend, a new city for us both, a new little flat, a new temp job for me, all out of the blue and accomplished pretty smoothly considering the timescale and the immensity of the change
.
Thank you all for being patient as I haven’t been able to post every day, busy-ness and internet connectivity issues kind of go along with moving. This move means great things for Bee Loves Beauty though! Things are going to get much more interesting around here I think, with more perks and prizes for you readers too. The very best thing this move means for Bee Loves Beauty is that I have been able to take a part time job for six months, meaning I’ll have two more days every week to work on writerly pursuits of which this blog is one! More time means more posts, more brands, more offers and more beauty for me and for you guys, I’m really looking forward to it!
Oxford seems great for beauty shopping, there’s a great Boots and a Debenhams that has its own MAC store attached. It’s also super close to London so all the events will finally be just a daytrip away. I can’t wait to get my new business cards done and start meeting new people too.
In the mean time, I thought I’d bring you a quick round up of what I’m loving right now
I’ve been using the Lancome Micellar Water from the Gift With Purchase I was kindly gifted by my Lancome ladies and it is ah-may-zing! It works like a magic spell. No make up can stand before its incredible dissolving powers! If you get the chance, definitely try this, it has to be seen to be believed.
I’m completely thrilled with my purchase of the Sleek MakeUP Glory Palette from Superdrug for £6.99 yesterday. I’ll bring you a review of it next week, when I’ve finished cuddling it and batting my eyelashes in its mirror, that is
.
I’ve also got my first (possibly of many, that Emma Stone makes a persuasive case…) Revlon Lip butter in “035 Candy Apple”. Review coming soon!
So, that’s all my news for now! I’m off to make piri piri chicken for Sunday dinner. What are you having?

I love that Revlon lip butter, its my favourite! Lip Butters are genius inventions.
Glad the move to Oxford went well!

Thanks! I’m surprised how much I like the lip butter as lip products aren’t usually my thing
